Grace Arbor is a faith based congregational respite program for older adults with memory impairment. Our mission is to meet their social and emotional needs as well as their caregivers'. Our program offers interactive social activities that stimulate and enhance the quality of life of the participants. A caregivers' discussion group offering care and support meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month from 1:30-3:00pm. Activities include morning devotions with hymn singing, armchair exercises for body and mind, armchair games, gardening, art, pet therapy, sing-alongs, intergenerational activities with the preschool, and community entertainment. This program operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 10:00am - 3:00pm, and is open to the community. If you are interested, please contact Robin Dill, Program Director, at 770-963-0386 Ext. 126.
