Very Special People

Very Special People, or VSP, is a group of senior adults who get together for entertainment, food and fellowship each month, as well as for periodic day trips.

VSP is open to both church members and members of the community, and it’s a great way to get to know other seniors.

This group typically meets at 11:00am on the fourth Friday of each month in the Family Center for a program of lunch and fellowship.  Donna Walters will present a program on group travel and tour opportunities.

All are welcome to join.

Lunch Bunch

The Lunch Bunch, similar to VSP, is a group of senior adults who meet at area restaurants on the first Friday of each month – everyone is invited!

AARP Driver Safety

The church regularly hosts AARP Driver Safety courses.

AARP Tax Preparation

AARP representatives will be here at the church on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00am-12:00pm during tax season to offer free tax preparation and filing.  Clients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays
  • February 3 – April 14
  • Gibson Hall (Room 300)
