First Impressions

First Impressions is our opportunity to welcome our guests, members, and regular attendees on Sunday mornings.  We want to make a lasting impression on our guests so that they might come to know the love, mercy, and grace of Jesus.  We believe the first step towards meeting Jesus begins with a genuine act of welcome.  See below the various ways we can begin to make our church a home or Dean Lewis decklewis@charter.net.

 Roles and Responsibilities
Greeter – Welcome guests at curb and outside entrances.  Your role is simple: smile, say “good morning,” hold open doors, and help people with special needs exit their vehicles.  Sign up today! 
Parking Assistant - You will be the first smiling, welcoming face our visitors will see.  You will assist people with locating open parking spaces as well as guiding people to the best entrance for their needs.  You will also direct traffic flow within the parking lot between and following services.  Sign up today! 
Wayfinder – Assist Greeters in welcoming guests, but more importantly your role is to guide guests to their desired location/s.  You will need to be familiar with the various areas of the overall building.  You will personally accompany guests to their specified location/s.  Sign up today! 
Welcome Center Host – Provide needed information for guests as it relates to the overall ministries of the church.  You will need to be well informed about the various ministry opportunities offered by the church.  This will also include assisting guests in finding their desired location/s within the building.  Sign up today!
