The usher program at First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville is for high school age youth through older adult. The ushers are responsible for passing out Sunday worship bulletins, seating of late-comers, receiving the offering, and managing crowd flow in communion services.
Sunday School classes often take turns serving as usher teams. However, if you do not belong to a Sunday School class, a place can still be found for you to serve.
There is a head usher for each of the morning services, and for each Sunday there is an usher captain who coordinates the usher activity.
